International Supply from Germany
International Warehouse has practical experience supplying branded professional products to international customers from Germany.
German Sourcing. Global Experience.
Worldwide Export Experience Since 2015
International Warehouse GmbH & Co. KG has been active in international export business since 2015, building on online trading experience since 2001. Over the past five years, approximately 90% of our business has been export-oriented.
We have supplied international customers over many years, with experience in North America, Europe and Asia, as well as business with customers in South America and Africa. Important markets include the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the European Union.
International trade involves more than shipping a parcel. Our practical experience covers commercial documentation, transportation arrangements, customs requirements and communication with overseas customers. Destination availability and export restrictions are assessed for each enquiry; supply to every country is not implied.
International Shipping with FedEx
International shipments are arranged from Germany. FedEx is our primary international parcel carrier; we also use other suitable shipping services depending on destination, weight and shipment requirements.
Shipment tracking is available where supported by the carrier and service. Freight solutions can be arranged for larger shipments, subject to quotation and transport feasibility.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are confirmed individually. Transit estimates depend on the selected service, destination and relevant procedures; there is no universal delivery-time guarantee.
One Supplier Contact. Multiple Brands. Consolidated Shipping.
International customers can combine products from different manufacturers in a single quotation request. We coordinate procurement through our direct commercial manufacturer relationships and established purchasing networks.
Where practical and agreed, products can be consolidated into one international shipment. This provides one central commercial contact, coordinated procurement and a combined purchasing enquiry, with less administrative complexity and potential freight efficiencies.
Not every mixed-brand order can be shipped together, and cost savings are not guaranteed. Availability, procurement lead times, consolidation options and transport conditions are confirmed for the individual order.
Customs and Import Procedures
Our standard shipping arrangement is generally DAP (Delivered at Place), unless otherwise agreed. The named delivery place and any different arrangements are confirmed in the quotation.
Under DAP, delivery is at the agreed destination with the goods ready for unloading. The buyer generally arranges import clearance and pays import duties, import taxes and applicable import clearance charges.
We provide appropriate commercial shipping documentation to support customs clearance. This does not mean that we perform every destination country’s import clearance or act as the importer of record. Duty-free delivery is not promised.
Secure & Flexible Payment Options
Payment options are agreed for the individual transaction and confirmed in the commercial quotation.
PayPal
We accept PayPal for eligible transactions, giving international buyers a familiar payment method. Any applicable PayPal buyer protection depends on PayPal’s terms and eligibility requirements; it is not universal or guaranteed.
Credit Cards
We accept major credit cards, subject to the payment methods available for the individual transaction. Card payments offer a familiar and convenient international option; the available method is confirmed with your quotation.
Bank Transfer
International bank transfers are available using the payment instructions provided with the quotation or invoice.
Individually Approved Payment Terms
Established customers with a reliable long-term business relationship may be offered individually approved terms, including payment after receipt of goods. These are not automatically available to new customers and may depend on payment history, credit assessment and transaction size. No fixed payment period is assumed.
Documentary Letters of Credit
For larger international transactions and industrial projects, a documentary Letter of Credit (L/C) may be arranged where commercially appropriate. This is subject to individual agreement, transaction value, destination, bank requirements, documentary conditions and acceptance by the parties involved.
Trade Credit Insurance
Trade credit insurance may be considered for suitable larger projects or approved credit arrangements. It generally protects the insured seller against qualifying payment defaults. It is not an automatic buyer payment guarantee and is not equivalent to a documentary L/C. The proposed transaction structure is reviewed individually.
Destination-Specific Requirements
Tell us the delivery country and any required technical specifications or documentation. Electrical versions, plug formats, batteries, PPE requirements and export restrictions may affect the products and transport options suitable for your destination.
Availability and shipment suitability are assessed for the requested items. A manufacturer listing does not mean that every product is suitable or available for worldwide supply.
Tell us where you need the products.
Send your product list, quantities and destination country, together with any payment preferences or consolidation requirements. We will review the enquiry and clarify the relevant supply arrangements.
