German Sourcing for Dealers & Professional Buyers

One enquiry. Multiple professional brands. German sourcing.

Professional purchasing through one German contact

Send your purchasing list to an established German trading company. International Warehouse reviews requirements across professional tool manufacturers and selected industrial brands.

We serve tool dealers, industrial suppliers, automotive tool specialists, workshop suppliers, professional resellers, wholesalers and purchasing departments.

Secure & Flexible Payment Options

New international customers can use familiar payment methods: PayPal for eligible transactions, major credit cards where available for the individual transaction, or international bank transfer using the instructions on our quotation or invoice.

Any applicable PayPal buyer protection is subject to PayPal’s terms and eligibility requirements. Card options and the payment arrangement are confirmed for the individual transaction.

Individually approved terms, including payment after receipt of goods, may be offered to established customers with a reliable long-term relationship. They are not automatic for new customers and may depend on payment history, credit assessment and transaction size.

For larger projects, documentary Letters of Credit or trade credit insurance may be considered by individual agreement. Credit insurance generally protects the insured seller against qualifying payment defaults; it is not an automatic buyer payment guarantee or equivalent to an L/C. All payment arrangements are confirmed in the commercial quotation.

One Supplier Contact. Multiple Brands. Consolidated Shipping.

Combine products from several manufacturers in one purchasing enquiry. We coordinate procurement through our direct manufacturer relationships and established German purchasing networks.

  • One central commercial contact and a combined purchasing enquiry
  • Coordinated procurement across professional brands
  • Consolidated shipping options where practical and agreed

Consolidation can reduce administrative complexity and may offer freight efficiencies. It is not possible for every order, and savings are not guaranteed. Availability, procurement lead times and shipment conditions are confirmed individually.

Mixed-brand purchasing lists

A US dealer, or a buyer in another international market, can request HAZET workshop tools, KNIPEX pliers, Wera screwdriving tools and Dormer drilling tools through one purchasing list.

Include the manufacturer part number and quantity for each line, together with the delivery country. For technical products, add specifications or documents where the reference alone is insufficient.

Experience serving overseas dealers

International Warehouse has traded online since 2001 and exported internationally since 2015. Our experience spans North America, Europe, Asia and business with customers in South America and Africa.

Overseas purchasing involves product identification, commercial documentation, transport coordination and clear communication. We review these requirements with your product list and destination.

Shipping from Germany

FedEx is our primary international parcel carrier. Other suitable services may be used according to destination, weight and shipment requirements. Tracking is available where supported, and freight solutions for larger shipments are subject to quotation.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are confirmed individually, without universal delivery-time guarantees. Our standard arrangement is generally DAP (Delivered at Place), unless otherwise agreed; the buyer generally handles import clearance and pays import duties, import taxes and applicable import clearance charges.

Larger quantities and repeat purchasing

Contact us for larger quantities or products you purchase regularly. Include expected quantities, purchasing frequency and delivery destinations so we can assess the requirement and relevant commercial arrangements.
